Vince Di Lena has been owner at Da Bologna since 1995, before him, his parents owned the pizzeria in the 1960's and 70's. The restaurant feels like home to Vince. His priority is to give the same warm hospitality his parents served before him. He shared the love of cooking with his mother for many years. His mother Mercedes, taught him everything about the warm welcome we should have with customers. Vincent like his mother, is now the mainstay of the restaurant. The values he learned from his parents are exercised daily at Da Bologna, hard work, quality food and customer satisfaction have always been the priority. His goal is to honor his parents' legacy and pass these traditions on to his own children. With over 25 years of restaurant experience, the menu makes every visit to the restaurant a satisfying one.
